What you might like to know is that we cook up big American flavours that sit perfectly next to Scottish classics. Take a look at our sample menus, including our own vegan dishes, to get a feel for what we do.
We grow our own produce in our kitchen garden, forage for mushrooms and seaweed, smoke our own meat and fish, pickle our own kimchi, create our own vegan dishes and even brew our own kombucha. Whatever your tastes, we cook for you.
